‘Keeping Up the Holiday Spirit in January’

The above title comes from my good friend Maggie.

Yesterday, Maggie, myself and four of our close HS friends got together and channeled our inner six year olds to make graham cracker houses. (Can you guess who came up with that idea? :P) Combined with a post-holiday secret santa, we had a marvelous time catching up, building houses (engineers we are not) and enjoying the start of a new year. Instead of boring you with the details of our day, like what kind of candy we had (a lot), I will share with you some of the best photos.

Thanks, girls, for a fun day!

Massive amounts of candy to start…

The girls get to work…

Flo’s ‘Fun House’

Anna’s Lodge (Trees made out of ice cream cones)

Lucy’s pretty home!

The team house–Maggie and Sally’s creation

I swear I had a plan when I started this house…It didn’t really happen like I thought it would…

Our village :)
